Service Description

$15 per hour Includes 1 -hour use of our reception desk or our front desk staff if during work hours to conduct guest/student check-in for room use or other sales. Includes use of standard office supplies and equipment. Can accommodate small storage area for inventory (not to be stored beyond scheduled use). Must bring own cash box & credit card terminal. Only ONE person shall have access to reception office. Does not include any additional set up time, space, rental items, cleaning, or staff services. Please book enough time to accommodate needed set up and breakdown (to include returning space in order). Tables, chairs, additional equipment, and cleaning can be added to booking for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through this option require a request to confirm availability and generate invoice for payment. Once invoice is paid and booking is approved, reservations are guaranteed, honored, and made unavailable for others. All reservations are final and will not be refunded, transferred, or credited upon cancellation or failure to use.
