Private Class Party

Service Description

All parties include 60 minutes of class instruction for the selected theme. Minimum price listed is for the first 15 people and there is a charge of $10 for each additional person. Add a second theme class and receive 50% off the booking. Extra party time for mingling, pictures, food, and socializing is available at a rate of $50 per hour. Off-site events will incur an additional $35 fee for travel expenses and equipment transport (additional mileage may apply). A deposit of 50% of the full class price is required upon booking ($75 per theme) and balance must be paid in full prior to party start time. All deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please included desired class format in request.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
