Traditional boxing and kickboxing moves consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts, blocks, and kicks are stacked and sequenced together to make mind-blowing combinations to give you a total body workout. All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
