Service Description

Includes 1 -hour use of our 3,000 sq ft combined room + our separate 1,000 sq ft room + our reception desk/front desk staff to conduct guest/student check-in for room use or other sales, and waiting area for a ticketed event with connection to sound system via Bluetooth and virtual services. Combined room has wood floors, an open floorplan with no beams or obstructions, and mirrors on one side. Separate room has marley floor, an open floorplan with no beams or obstructions, and mirrors. Reception area includes use of standard office supplies and equipment. Can accommodate small storage area for inventory (not to be stored beyond scheduled use). Must bring own cash box & credit card terminal. All guests, equipment, and activities must remain in the booked room. This reservation does NOT include any additional setup time, space, rental items, cleaning, or staff services. Please book enough time to accommodate needed setup and breakdown (to include returning space in exactly as found to avoid cleaning fee). Tables, chairs, cleaning, and other equipment can be added to booking for an additional fee (see add-ons). Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the building without prior authorization and are not permitted in the classroom at any time. This option is not available on Saturdays after 3 pm. $200 per hour, $300 for 2 hours or $600 for 4 hours and $150 each additional hour when booking 4 or more hours within a 30 day period. Not available on Saturdays after 3pm.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
