Inspired by the sounds and dances of the the "dirty south", Booty Jam Fitness is one of the hottest workouts to hit the dance fitness industry. Creator Jeni J, straight out of Tampa Bay, has combined the fun and provocative dances of the Florida club scene with the principles of group fitness. This 60 minute class provides a high cardio full body workout through the use of repetitious movements and isolations. This very effective workout will teach you how to pop, drop, lock, pump, roll, clap, wiggle, shake and twerk it!!!! Each dance focuses on a different muscle group that is sure to make you feel the burn! If you like to dance in the club, then this is the workout for you! (Some music may contain lyrics not appropriate for children.) IMPROVES: Coordination, Cardiovascular Endurance, Core Strength, Gluteus Muscles, Coordiantion, Improved Pelvic Control, Stress Reduction

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
