Service Description

Includes use of our 2,000 sq ft Grand Ballroom for a 3-hour event with access 2 hours prior for DIY set up & decorations, tables & chairs (rental only), and 1 hour after for DIY breakdown & cleaning. Table & chair rental includes 60" round tables, 6' rectangle tables, and folding chairs up to 100 guests. Additional tables, chairs, luxury chairs, and deco items available for an additional cost. Perfect for Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Bridals Showers, or similar not needing food & beverage wet areas & large dancefloor space. Additional services, items, time, equipment, and cleaning can be added for an additional fee. Save $150 when downgrading to one of our 1,000 sq ft ballrooms perfect for events for up to 50 people.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
