Service Description

Includes 1 -hour use of our 2,000 sq ft room with connection to sound system via Bluetooth and 25 foot video wall. Room has wood floor, open floorplan with no beams or obstructions, and virtual capabilities can be made available. (No mirrors) All guests, equipment, and activities must remain in the booked room. This reservation does NOT include any additional setup time, space, rental items, cleaning, or staff services. Please book enough time to accommodate needed setup and breakdown (to include returning space in exactly as found to avoid cleaning fee). Tables, chairs, cleaning, and other equipment can be added to booking for an additional fee (see add-ons). Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the building without prior authorization and are not permitted in the classroom at any time. For bookings more than 30 days or less than 7 days in advance, please contact us at 813-515-0189. This booking will be automatically reserved and will deduct one session credit from the membership monthly total. Please book separate appointments for additional hours.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through this option are automatically reserved and made unavailable for others. All reservations are final and will not be credited upon cancellation or failure to use.
