PACKAGE CAN BE MODIFIED, UPGRADED, OR DOWNGRADED Includes use of Ceremony Room, Grand Ballroom, Buffet Room, & Changing Room for a 5-hr event + “Basic Venue Services" and the below for up to 100 guests (upcharge for guest count over 100 ppl): • Basic Customized Décor Package: Full venue set up with tables & Chiavari chairs, medium white throne chair, linens/overlays, runners, custom centerpieces, table numbers, charger plates, acrylic champagne flutes, fabric napkins, gift & cake table deco, dessert/appetizer stands, ceiling draping, backdrop draping & accent panels, custom video wall backdrop. • Catering & Hospitality Service Package: House Special dinner, buffet table set up with linens, chaffers, sternos & serving utensils (up to 3), food set up & replenishment, Chinaware, silverware (dinner forks & knives), table bussing, leftover food packaging, breakdown & cleaning, cake cutting & plating (plasticware), and 2 servers/hospitality staff. • Beverage Station Package: Sweet tea, lemonade, & bottled water self-serve dispensers, plastic cups, ice, & replenishment service. (Alcoholic beverages can be added for an upcharge.) • DJ/MC, Photo/Video Package • Choreography and ceremony coordination • Event planning services & use of venue for rehearsal • E-vite RSVP service

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
