Service Description

Includes use of Ceremony Room, Grand Ballroom, & Buffet Room for a 4-hr event + access to venue 4 hrs. prior to start time for DIY set up/deco + “Basic Venue Services, Hospitality Service, and Beverage Station" for up to 100 guests (upcharge applied for guest count over 100 ppl). Basic Venue Services includes: • Rental of folding chairs, guest tables, head table, cake/gift table, cocktail tables, food tables • Law required on-site FL State Licensed Security Officer with 24-hr indoor & outdoor surveillance • Access to Bluetooth quality house sound system with microphone + virtual capabilities • After event venue cleaning & breakdown • Online E-vite RSVP service Hospitality Service includes: • 2 servers/hospitality staff • Food table set up with linens • Food set up & replenishment • Table bussing, leftover food packaging, breakdown & cleaning • Cake cutting & plating Beverage Station includes: Sweet tea, lemonade, & bottled water beverage self-serve dispensers • Plastic cups, ice, & replenishment service. (Alcoholic beverages can be added for an upcharge.) Additional tables, chairs, luxury chairs, deco items, and services are available for an additional cost. Additional fees may be required for outside vendors without adequate staffing and/or insurance.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
