DIY / Extra Large Ballroom

Service Description

Includes use of our 2,000 sq foot & 1,000 sq foot combined ballroom, separate bar lounge area, for a 4-hour event with access 4 hours prior for DIY set up & decorating, tables & chairs (rental only), required onsite security/concierge service, venue cleaning & Evite service. Table & chair rental includes 60" round tables, 6' rectangle tables, and folding chairs up to 100 guests. Additional tables, chairs, luxury chairs, and deco items available for an additional cost. Additional fees may be required for outside vendors without adequate staffing and insurance. This option is perfect for a small more casual event on a budget with up to approximately 100 guests.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made through the website at least 2 hours prior to class start time to save credit for future use. Members with unlimited credits should NOT abuse this feature or their online reservation privileges will be terminated. Special events, workshops, social events, camps, or other appointments do not allow for any early cancellation options and/or refunds. All sales are final upon booking and/or purchase with no refunds or transfers. Venue rental bookings and packages have a separate policy outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement. No telephone, text, email, or social media cancellations will be accepted for ANY cancellation of ANY kind.
